How do I receive my presets after purchase?
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an instant download link on the checkout page and via the email address provided during purchase.
Are these presets compatible with mobile and desktop?
Yes, our preset packs include both .DNG files for mobile use and .XMP files for desktop versions of Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
What is your refund policy for digital products?
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you experience technical issues, please contact our support team and we will be happy to assist you.
Do I need a paid Lightroom subscription to use them?
No, you can use our mobile presets with the free version of the Lightroom app. Desktop presets require a Creative Cloud subscription.
I lost my download link, how can I recover it?
Please contact us with your order number and email address, and we will resend your download links within 24 hours.
Will these presets work on every photo?
While our presets are designed to be one-click solutions, every photo has different lighting and white balance. You may need to make slight adjustments to exposure or temperature for the perfect result.
